Heather did an amazing job listing and selling our home. Not only does she offer exceptional service, the value is unbeatable. Why would you pay another realtor more money to do less? I'm thankful we chose Heather to coordinate the sale of our property because she went above and beyond during our closing and handled a mishap for us during the final walk through, which was comforting because we had already moved out of state. Heather was awesome to work with in our quest to find a second home/condo in Ft. Myers. Coming from out of state, we knew it would be challenging to find a place in this challenging market and being able to act on it quickly. We were planning a 10 day vacation to Ft Myers and were hoping to at least see some properties and get a realistic feel for what we wanted within our budget. We contacted Heather a couple weeks before we went to Florida, after getting a recommendation from my daughter who lives in the area. 
After a phone interview with Heather where we laid out our expectations, she immediately started sending us properties to view. On the properties we were interested in she would send along comps of similar properties for us to get a better feel for, and gave us background information on the complexes where the properties were. We flew into Ft Myers on a Friday afternoon and had a property to see by the evening and 4 more set up the next day and several more to follow. After being outbid two properties, we found a great property that just went on the market that morning. Heather had us in to see it a few hours later, she made some phone calls to selling realtor to get a feel for what the sellers expectations were, and we had an accepted offer by that evening. She even was able to have a home and termite inspection set up the following day so we could have it done before we had to come back home. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and was on top of things throughout our search and always returned out calls or texts promptly. Heather was an absolute professional that helped us find a great house in an incredibly tough SW Florida market (summer 2021). She was responsive, punctual and so personable. My wife and I felt comfortable with Heather, she helped us stay informed in the process, was on top of new showings, and guided us through making offers. We recently used Heather to help sell our house in Fort Myers. The  Coronavirus hit while we had it listed but we still were able to sell it in less than 6 weeks and very close to our target price. Heather was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. She provided all of the service that a full price broker would provide at less than half the cost. We met Heather when we first started looking at houses on our own without a realtor. She was so knowledgeable on the property she was selling along with Cape Coral area we decided to contact her to list our house in Lehigh acres and find us a new home in Cape. It was definitely a commute for her but she took us on anyway. Within 30 days she got us under contract for full asking on our Lehigh house and found us the perfect forever home in Cape Coral that checked off everything on our wish list. We love our new house and couldn’t have done it without Heather’s expertise and experience. I highly recommend her for buying and selling. Also on top of everything she did for us, she was able to do a double close on the same day which we needed for the kind of loan we needed. There is more to a real estate agent than "showing a lot of homes" and hoping that the buyer likes one of them. A FANTASTIC Real Estate Professional , like Heather, takes the time to learn about YOU and what you like in a new home, and WHY you want those features. Once you have decided to make an offer on a property, Heather's skills are even more valuable, as she will guide and advise you thru the offer amount and making the paperwork as simple and easy as possible, and will be honest with you, even if that advice is not what you WANT to hear, but it is probably advice you NEED to hear. Heather has been amazing from the very first day I was introduced to her.  She came highly recommended by not just one, but three separate individuals.   Aside the fact she is knowledgeable in her area of expertise, she is a genuine people-oriented person.  She listened to all of the factors that were essential to me in my search for my home (and there were quite a few) and simultaneously ensured that she searched for properties that matched my personal wants and needs.   I have learned so very much valuable insight throughout this process, thanks to her. 

My emotions also played a huge part  as this is my first home.  Heather was incessantly responsive, kind, accurate, and lead me in the right direction.  She found an amazing home, perfect for my family and I, while holding my shaking, nervous hand through the entire process.
